Terms and Conditions

1. Between August 1st and September 1st, Registration for the 'International Package' and judges judging for institutions registering for the 'International Package' will be open. Each institution can register a maximum of three teams. The N-1 rule will not be enforced for teams registering for the 'International Package' but we would encourage teams to bring N-1 judges where possible.

2. From September 1st, unless 50% of the team cap has been filled by teams registering for the 'International Package' before that point, registration for the 'IONA Package' will open alongside 'International Package' Registration. Each institution can register a maximum of three teams and the N-1 rule will be enforced for those teams registering for the 'IONA package'. Registration will continue until closed or at such time as the Team Cap is met.

3. Payment of the full amount detailed should be made immediately upon registering online as no registration will be confirmed until full payment (including wire transfer charges) has been received. Up until such time as full payment has been received, the Convenor reserves the right to remove the teams of institutions who have not paid in order to create space for new institutions.

4. Institutions paying by wire transfer are liable for the full cost of the wire transfer including bank fees incurred. Cheques, Money Orders and Bankers Drafts must be denominated in Pounds Sterling (this cannot be achieved simply by replacing the $ or E on a cheque with a £ sign).

5. We regret that once payment has been made we are unable to offer any refunds.

6. The Convenor's decision on all disputes will be final.
